The Aries Full Moon kindles the inner flame of courage — the sacred right to want, to begin, to walk our own path. It shines a light on the places we’ve dimmed our fire to keep the peace.

Intention: I honor the brave spark within me; I am allowed to take up space and to begin anew.

Blankets, bolsters, yoga mats, and eye masks provided, but you may bring whatever may help your body be comfortable on the floor.
