On this evening, we will be honoring the New Moon in Virgo.

The Virgo New Moon blesses the quiet, sacred work of tending ourselves — like a healer gathering herbs at first light. We begin again through small, devoted acts of care.

Intention: I return to my body with reverence, knowing wholeness lives in the gentlest of practices.

Blankets, bolsters, yoga mats, and eye masks provided, but you may bring whatever may help your body be comfortable on the floor. Space will be made for journaling & integration, if you choose to bring your personal journal.
