Immersive live sound for women — and the teams they lead.
Live sound experiences that help women release mental blocks, find clarity, and return to their work focused and steady. Musician-led, trauma-informed, and restorative.
They are good at their jobs. And they are carrying more than the job.
They're still thinking about it in bed, and on Sunday night it starts again. Add whatever is going on at home, and there's nothing left. Overload isn't weakness. It is a mind with too many things still open.
Most employee wellness programs hand them one more thing to do: an app to download, a portal to log into, a challenge to join, a webinar at noon. Every step loses people, and the ones who need it most opt out first.
A live sound experience asks nothing of them. You book it once; they walk into a room and rest.
What most of them say they want isn't another activity. It's an hour where nobody needs anything from them. And clarity emerges once the body and mind have been gifted the rest they need.
Your team lies back — and the noise finally goes quiet.
I arrive, set the room, and play a live, fully immersive soundscape — an ethereal bed of 12+ crystal singing bowls, a layer of sound healing instruments (rainsticks, chimes, pyramids, Tibetan bowls and more), and either violin, African harp, or lever harp — while your people rest. Nothing to perform, no experience needed, chairs or mats. In 60 minutes the room goes quiet in a way an office rarely does, and people walk back into the afternoon calmer, clearer, and noticeably more present.
Arrive
Your people get comfortable — chairs or mats, lights low. Nothing is asked of them but to rest.
Journey
A live, layered soundscape carries them into deep rest. Eyes open or closed; anyone may sit up or shift to a more comfortable position at any time.
Return
A gentle return — grounded, clear, and ready to think and create again.
Depth your team can feel — not background spa music.
A classically trained musician, performing live
I compose and play every experience in the moment — the bowls, a layer of rainsticks, chimes, pyramids and Tibetan bowls, and either violin, African harp, or lever harp, woven by hand. It responds to the room, never a pre-recorded playlist. My public sessions in Lakewood Ranch and Sarasota often sell out.
An ethereal bed of 12+ crystal bowls
Crystal singing bowls layered into rich, enveloping harmony — the fullness that helps the spirit feel light and carries the mind to beautiful, safe, otherworldly spaces.
Trauma-informed facilitation
Trained in trauma-informed mindfulness and somatic practice, so the experience feels safe and welcoming for everyone in the room — including the person who has never done anything like this.
Why ongoing — and what you get back
One session is an afternoon your people will talk about for weeks: the first hour in months where nobody pinged them, nobody needed them, and the noise finally went quiet.
By the third, people arrive already settling, because the body has learned what this room is for and drops into rest faster each time. A standing date gives the team something to look forward to mid-month, a place to set the week down, and a recording for the days in between. That is when it stops being an event and becomes part of how your people work.
What you get back is the part you can see: people walking back to their desks with their attention in one place, more patience in the meeting that follows, fewer of the small snaps that come from a mind with too many things open, and a team that talks about the thing their company does for them.

Created with women's leadership and wellbeing at the center.
This work was shaped around women and the teams they shape — women's leadership programs, employee resource and affinity groups, women-founded brands, conferences, and retreats. It's a restorative centerpiece for International Women's Day, Women's History Month, or any moment you want to invest in the women carrying your organization forward.
And the doors stay open — mixed teams of every kind are warmly welcome.
Bring it to your team.
Tell me a little about your people and what you're hoping they'll feel, and I'll send a tailored proposal within two business days. My commitment is simple: if anything isn't right on the day, we make it right.
