In this workshop, you’ll discover how you can use your crystal singing bowl to learn to set precise intentions for your daily life to align and manifest to your heart’s desires! In this Part 2 workshop, you’ll also discover the value of expanding your intuitive sense with creative visualization Learn what your bowl and visualization can do for your mind, body, and spirit, and the basic techniques for sounding your bowl effectively for your personal meditations. You’ll be guided into embodying the vibration of alignment, and using your bowl to help you raise your vibration (and inevitably change the world around you). No need to bring your own bowl, as you will be provided a bowl to use for the workshop! (There will be a 10-minute Q & A section at the end should you have personal questions about your instrument.)

Bring a journal or notebook, and meditation pillow, yoga mat, or blanket to make yourself comfortable while playing your bowl & receiving the sound bath.
