Crystal Singing Bowl Self-Healing Workshop: Creating Moon Ceremonies
In this workshop, you’ll discover how you can use your crystal singing bowl to create intentional moon ceremonies! Learn what these precious instruments can do for your mind, body, and spirit, and the basic techniques for sounding your bowl effectively for your personal meditations. You’ll be guided through empowering exercises to allow yourself to open up to the magic of sound alchemy. And you’ll leave with a Full MOON & New MOON template to create at home! No need to bring your own bowl, as you will be provided a bowl to use for the workshop! (There will be a 10-minute Q & A section at the end should you have personal questions about your instrument.)
This workshop begins with a 20-minute crystal singing bowl meditation so you can experience the bliss of these entrancing instruments and the power of group meditation. Bring a journal or notebook, and meditation pillow, yoga mat, or blanket to make yourself comfortable while playing your bowl & receiving the sound bath.
