About Sound Baths
60-minute deeply immersive and meditative sound experience. Sound baths are an incredible way to ease stress.
Each person will lie down with a blanket, mat, pillow, and eye pillow (or zero-gravity chairs, silk hammocks, or blanket/pillow other preferred luxury experience provided by your facility- we do provide eye pillows for all participants) to relax while listening to the soothing sounds of crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, bells, rattles, rainsticks, African harp, & other overtone emitting instruments that have been shown to calm the nervous system.
ZEN Seraphine will bring her extensive instrumental setup to your event (each event is a unique musical/sensory experience) space, which includes mesmerizing lighting, a surround-sound experience, aromatherapy, eye pillow, & a professional guided musical meditation from trained practitioners.
