QI GONG & SOUND BATH EXPERIENCE

In this debut installment of Sound Baths By The Sea, Zooey Seraphine hosts a Sound Ceremony on Lido Beach to welcome in the energy of the Full Moon Lunar Eclipse! This Ceremony will start with Gentle Spring Forest Qigong movements guided by practitioner, Rachel Kelley, followed by a Full Moon Intention Setting & Sound Alchemy Sound Bath by ZEN Seraphine!

In the open air and fine sands of Lido Beach, this will be a refreshing opportunity for you to nurture your mind, body, and spirit, with safe social distancing.

Allow your entire body to be massaged by the vibrations of sound from an array of crystal & tibetan singing bowls, crystal pyramids, gong, rainsticks, chimes, buffalo drum, & more. With 2 practitioners facilitating the sounds, your entire body will be surrounded by the luscious vibrations. Before long, you'll find yourself floating on waves of ethereal sound, for a gently powerful inner experience!
