Crystal Singing Bowl Self-Healing Workshop: Working with Crystals in Setting Intention
In this workshop, you’ll discover how you can use your crystal singing bowl to welcome in more joy into your life! Learn what these precious instruments can do for your mind, body, and spirit, and the basic techniques for sounding your bowl effectively for your personal meditations. You’ll be guided through empowering exercises to allow yourself to open up to vibrations of joy. And you’ll leave with a 28-day intention template to continue your joy activation meditations at home! No need to bring your own bowl, as you will be provided a bowl to use for the workshop! (There will be a 10-minute Q & A section at the end should you have personal questions about your instrument.)
This workshop begins with a 20-minute crystal singing bowl meditation so you can experience the bliss of these entrancing instruments and the power of group meditation. Bring a journal or notebook, and meditation pillow, yoga mat, or blanket to make yourself comfortable while playing your bowl & receiving the sound bath.
